Merge PDF
Combine two to thirty PDF files into a single document without uploading anything. Drag the list into the order you want, unlock any password-protected file inline, and download one merged PDF whose pages are copied, not re-rendered.

Up to 30 PDF files, 100 MB each. Password-protected PDFs are supported.

Merging runs entirely in your browser — your PDFs never leave your device.
How to use
- Drop your PDFs into the box or click “Choose PDFs” — 2 to 30 files, up to 100 MB each.
- Drag the rows by the handle, or use the up and down buttons, so the page order matches the list.
- If a file is encrypted, type its password directly in that row — the page count appears once it unlocks.
- Optionally set the output file name and the document title written into the PDF metadata.
- Click “Merge PDF”, then download the result. Files that could not be read are listed so you can retry them.
Details
Merging here is a page-level copy, not a re-export. Each page object from the source files is copied into the new document as it is — nothing is rendered to a bitmap, nothing is re-compressed, and fonts, vectors and text layers are carried over unchanged. That is why the output is roughly the size of the inputs combined, and why the text in the merged file is still selectable and searchable.
Encrypted files are handled openly rather than silently. When a PDF needs a password its row expands and asks for one; a wrong password is reported as a wrong password, and a damaged file is reported as damaged. The tool never falls back to ignoring the encryption, because that shortcut is what quietly produces blank pages.
A few neighbouring tools often come in handy afterwards: if the merged file feels heavy, run it through the PDF compressor; if you only needed a handful of pages, split the PDF instead; and if you started from images, build a single document with image to PDF.
FAQ
Does merging change the quality of my pages?
No. Pages are copied as page objects into the new document — nothing is rendered to an image and nothing is re-compressed. Fonts, vectors and text layers are carried over unchanged, so the text in the merged PDF stays selectable and searchable, and the page count of the output equals the sum of the inputs.
Can I change the order of the files?
Yes. Drag any row by its handle to a new position, or use the move up and move down buttons if you prefer the keyboard. The order shown in the list is exactly the page order, so the topmost file becomes the first pages of the result.
Is there a page or size limit?
You can merge up to 30 files, each up to 100 MB, for a total of 300 MB and at most 3,000 pages. Files beyond that are rejected with a clear message — split a very large job into two batches and merge the results again.
What happens with password-protected PDFs?
The row expands and asks for the password. Enter it and the file unlocks with its real page count; enter it wrongly and the tool says so instead of producing an empty file. It never ignores the encryption in the background, which is the shortcut that yields silently blank pages.
